We have outlined ambitious plans as a responsible business, such as being operationally carbon net-zero by 2025 or investing in education and future skills. Each of our colleagues plays a key part in making these ambitions a reality.

Our mission is to enable every St. Modwen colleague to unlock their potential.
A key part of this is the St. Modwen Academy. The academy is available to all and ranges from full-on management programmes to TED Talk-style videos to learn on the go via our dedicated resources exclusively for employees.

Innovation nation

Join a team that never sits still

To stay ahead of the curve, we continue to invest in new ideas and technologies that help us stay attractive to customers and respond to environmental and market challenges.
Recent ideas include the launch of shell homes that people get to ‘self-finish’ themselves and ‘green’ concrete, a first by a UK housebuilder to reduce our carbon footprint.
