What does the application process look like?

Stage 1: CV Screening. Your application will be screened against our essential entry requirements.

Stage 2: Video Interview. If successful, you will be invited to a live video interview with one of our recruitment team, where you will be measured against your motivations for the role, core competencies, and alignment with St. Modwen’s values.

Stage 3: Assessment Centres. If you pass the second round, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, where we will measure you against key skills for the role and our values.

Stage 4: Offers. Top performing candidates will then be offered positions to start in September 2022.
